By completing registration for this training, you’ll be signing up for a detailed training plan, pre-planned routes, and weekly training specifics that will be sent weekly via email. Our long runs are key to this program, and will be held every Saturday from August 28th through November 13th at various sites around the city. (But not Flying Monkey, because you can’t train for Monkey.)

The race options this fall are great, so whether you’re training for the Rock’n’Roll Racing Series, Nashville Marathon, Middle Half, Nashville Ultra or tons of other races, this program can work for you.
